BOD: Change Customer Party Master

The purpose of the ChangeCustomerPartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information synchronized that exists on separate data bases. The ChangeCustomerPartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established CustomerPartyMaster.
