BOD: Process Customer Party Master

The purpose of the ProcessCustomerPartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information synchronized that exists on separate data bases. The ProcessCustomerPartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established CustomerPartyMaster.
