The purpose of the SyncResponseProductionSchedule is to SyncResponsehronize the information known about ProductionSchedules between systems. The SyncResponseProductionSchedule MUST be generated from the system that own the ProductionSchedule and sent to systems that count on the sending system to maintain the ProductionSchedule information.
